"Wonderful luxurious stay at this 5-star property near Bo Kaap in central Cape Town. Delicious food especially at the top SA restaurant, Urchin. There was a mix up at check in but it was corrected by staff by the time I had finished dinner. Like all areas of Cape Town CBD, it may be uncomfortably with some people asking for money. Unfortunately there’s a wide economic disparity between the haves and have-nots."

"Staff were super friendly, the lobby had a popcorn machine and sweets, and the breakfast buffet was outstanding. Location is perfect. Easy to walk along waterfront to many outstanding restaurants, shops, incredible views of mountain and ocean. Will stay here again."
