On the morning of our check-in date, we were contacted by the property to inform us that they had to relocate us to another of their properties, the Harbouridge Suites. The room we were given had broken kitchen units and both AC and satellite TV were not working. Despite complaining about this immediately to the reception and following up several times during our 3-night way, nothing was fixed. We also complained to the Quarter Apartments management about moving us last minute (I suspect this was due to overbooking as there was a cycling event during our stay), but no action was taken. The location is also not great. It's still a long walking distance to the waterfront, so not ideal in the heat. Nothing else around except high rise buildings

Free Parking!

I rented a studio apartment for ten days in Cape Town. The furniture in the studio was sparse and the king-sized bed was a little hard. The kitchen was well supplied with pots, pans, dishes, plates and glasses. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The terrace was nice but the patio door was difficult to slide open. The A/C worked well, though the bedroom could get hot at night. Really, the best attributes for this hotel are (1) the location and (2) the free parking. The hotel is located in the central Der Waterkand district, which is close to the City Center, Sea Point and the V&A Waterfront. Most importantly, in an area where parking is next to impossible, this hotel boast free, safe, indoor parking. If you plan on renting a car in Cape Town, this alone is worth the stay!!!

Very nice apartment located between Bo-Kaap and the wharf. Excellent view of the table mountain. Very helpful service at the reception. The only thing I would suggest is installing shutters or blackouts in the main bedroom and fixing a problem with the smell coming from the shower into the bedroom.

Awesome place to stay and the team at the apartments was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. If you are staying in Cape Town, I would recommend staying here

Nice area for a nightmare stay!

The apartments are in a quite nice area of Cape Town, however in order to check in, you have to sign some forms that are ridiculous and it looks like you are back in school and need to promise in written form that you are going to behave otherwise you have to pay high fines... Under those terms you have to sign, there is one about being quite and make absolute no noise, however there was a big construction in the building and there was no 2 minutes of quietness in the building. They haven't informed me before I arrived, nor have they told me that this super loud construction would go from 7 am to 5:30 pm! Not acceptable at all!!!

Great little studio apartment

Great property and great location, as an apartment it just works, good security & parking, great little balcony, shutters, all worked great for me. Air con/heater also effective thank you. Small things, the concrete roof didn’t seem to be finished which was a bit odd in this beautiful apartment and I would probably leave a tiny bit of sunlight soap for guests just to wash a cup or two especially for longer stays. Everything else is there so would be a nice touch.
