"This is a charming old palace with lots of personality and the staff all were excellent. It was a welcome overnight refuge from Pisa after our plane was cancelled. Keep in mind it’s primarily a spa hotel with its own rhythms. And the food was delicious if a bit pricey. Also try the gelato shop across the street for the best gelato."

Google maps does not have good directions, it will lead you into an infinite loop of parking lots around a hospital and office buildings that exist on the backside of the leaning tower plaza. You need to do STREET parking that's a block across from the leaning tower plaza. Then walk the distance to the hotel. You will not be able to reach the hotel any other way, so...

"The room was nothing short of fabulous. It was enormous, with high ceilings and windows that opened onto views of the countryside. The bathroom was fit for a king. Water pressure was good, and the shower temperature was constant. The bed was firm. Plenty of storage space. The pool was lovely. "The villa it’s a beautiful place in Toscana to stay and relax , the pool is the best feature of the hotel. In the lobby the is a bar where you can order apperitivo, and the restaurant face a the beautiful garden. Food was excellent but pricey."

The hotel does not tell people with disabilities that they need to bring the hanger from their car from their country of origin.. people with disabilities who have a rental vehicle. They tell them to park outside of the city walls, a 25 minute walk away if they can find parking it is absolutely inaccessible and I would tell people do not park there.
