Super inconvenient to find out after we checked into the room. After we spoke to the front desk, they moved us to another hotel nearby. We appreciated the change however they moved us to an older lodge that was not very clean and needs a lot of maintenance. "

"Off season so the “hotel” was closed. We were staying in the “residency” in a 2 bedroom suite. Still, at $1200/night you think they’d try. Or close completely. They told us we needed an appointment to use the gym. We tried to make an appointment for two days by calling and emailing with no response. Housekeeping was knocking on our door every morning before 8:30. Everything closed. No room service. Fine, but can someone answer the phone? Staff did call us morning of checkout to...
