"This hotel was absolutely fantastic! Set in the beautiful scenic Chianti Hills of Tuscany. The buildings and the property had been a 16th century village. And all of the buildings had been beautifully restored to return it to originally and feel, but to include all the modern amenities. The staff were all highly. professional,well friendly, courteous, welcoming and extremely accommodating – going above and beyond with every request presented to them. "We couldn’t say enough about our stay! The grounds were beautiful, the rooms were very clean with a great Italian flare. There is lots of history to the property that we enjoyed. We loved our wine tour, and Thomas was extremely knowledgable and friendly throughout our experience. The resort was quiet and peaceful, with only a 20minute taxi to Florence we were still able to explore the nearby city. The front desk was extremely helpful and every worker went above and beyond. "Antonella is a lovely woman who speaks a little English. We were all able to understand each other with no problem. She was welcoming and gave us a lovely glass of wine from her vineyards when we arrived. Her surroundings are beautiful with seeing olive trees and vineyards and the town of Certaldo. Our room was big , very clean and bathroom was great. I would totally recommend going to her place . They also give tours of their vineyards and olive oil factory. I wish we could have stayed another...

"The place was beautiful. However, the food could have been better. They had a party with karaoke that’s lasted until after 1am. We were leaving early in the morning. Didn’t get much sleep. Everything else was great."
