Hotel Mamela
10/10 Excellent
"Mamela was the perfect honeymoon hotel for our stay in Capri. They upgraded our room and were accommodating to us extending our stay with no room change. Bag service up the mountain for our arrival allowed us to explore the restaurants and shops immediately and a car service down the mountain for our return to Naples made the departure comfortable. The pool is stunning, staff is wonderful, views impeccable and it’s located perfectly on a quiet street just one street over from the main hustle and bustle. The room was perfect and clean as were the entire grounds. 10/10 we will be returning to this hotel again."

"The staff at the hotel were very professional and accommodating. The property was very clean and the food was delicious. Special thanks to Lucia at the front desk who was exceptional. She was very pleasant, professional and assisted us with making reservations as well as with room accommodations. I would highly recommend this hotel especially since the staff made our stay very enjoyable. We look forward to returning. Christine Capobianco"

"I booked a room with ocean view. The room I received had ocean view but only from the balcony. I dont think its fair to sell a room that only has a view to the ocean from the balcony. The bed and couch area did not have a view at all."

"The location is amazing! You can walk to a lot. The hotel is dated but very clean. The gardens could use some tending to, as well. Our room was clean and nice. We had a lovely patio. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend."
