As Americans unfamiliar with Italy's limited traffic zones (ZTL), we emailed ahead asking where to park, but got no real help from the staff. It turns out this hotel sits right inside a restricted traffic zone, so cars aren't allowed to drive up to it. We ended up parking far away and only found out about a proper parking option once we reached the reception desk — which is actually the restaurant...
