"What a great stay! Right on the beach - water warmer than the Atlantic facing side of the Cape. Feels like bath water in late June. Nice white sand. Plenty of beach lounge chairs. You can check out towels, umbrellas as needed for beach. Beach is the highlight here without a doubt and reason my child loved the property. Waves are minimal almost non existent. Some mussels/shells in the beach shore/wave break area. Wifi works even on the beach and all around the pool. They combined w/ Riviera Beach Resort next door, so you can use pools at both properties; two outdoor pools. Two indoor pools and two indoor hot tubs. Indoor pools and hot tubs need a little help. Old, dated unlike rest of property. They really just need to redo the hot tubs and add a sauna. Then it would be amazing. Outdoor pool is gated all around with high gate. Beach bar just next to it. Has drinks and food. Could use some fun kids drinks for their menu. Decent outdoor pool. 3ft to 8ft deep. Nice lounge tables and seating looking out towards the beach and located in front of pool. Covered area with tables if it rains. Clean property, great staff. A lot of college aged students from Croatia & Serbia working summer jobs. All are professional and helpful. Fun accents. Parking on site in front or in lot across street. Beautiful area of Yarmouth. Several 100 yards away is a pay beach pass lot for $40 (June '26) Room - Stylish, mattress super comfy - high end. sliding doo opens to small patio. Will stay again!"
