"ac struggled throughout the night, had to manually dump dehumidifer water once a day or so. pool swimming stops at 9pm. hot tub was a bit confusing with no instructions. surprisingly very little soap provided and quality of soap was poor. staff was great and helpful, great location, room was generally great. i thought we'd have a balcony but we did not so double check that with hotel if that's important to you. oh last, pool is nice but on a busy street with lots of noise which was a bit...

"The room was beautiful! Loved the “bigger than a mini” refrigerator and the air conditioner was fabulous! Did not care much for the pool and the hot tub was not hot. Super close to beach! Unfortunately, the Charthouse does not get a discount on chair rentals like the beachfront properties do, so we paid $42 each day of our 4 day stay. 😣"

"The suite was perfect to stay in and had a full kitchen! W=It was also a walkable distance to the beach. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. But the best perk they offered were the beach chairs, towels and umbrellas (for free) which made the beach experience 10 out of 10!"

"No parking, you’re required to use the valet service which is $40 per day. Lots of unexpected/hidden fees. No security or lifeguards on site, there was an active shooter event in front of the property and a child drowned in the pool. Very traumatizing stay for my kids."

"The staff was very helpful and polite. The continental breakfast in the morning was amazing. The only thing we didn’t like is the music was a little loud outside our balcony, and we did have a couple areas of black mold in our room. Our room seem damp the whole time we were there."

"Overall, we had a great stay. The only downside was the parking situation we arrived in a Mercedes Sprinter van and the hotel had no accommodations for larger vehicles. Traveling with twins makes logistics already challenging, so having nowhere to park our car added unnecessary stress to our trip. We hope the hotel considers solutions for families with larger vehicles in the future"

"Quiet and spacious rooms. Didn't Ike they didn't have many options of places to eat inside the hotel or an place to purchase snacks or drinks inside the hotel. The restaurant was rather pricey. The hotel didn't seem very family oriented whenever there's adults making out in the pool while kids are swimming. Nice hotel but geared more around adults and couples."

"This hotel was honestly so great. It was cute and spacious, perfect vintage motel feel. Bed was super comfy, location was convenient to beach and other attractions, parking available on site. I would totally stay here again. Staff was great and offered fresh towels during our short weekend stay."

"This resort is incredible. The drinks are strong, the food is delicious. The property is clean and the staff is very friendly. All of our wait staff was nice and attentive. Shoutout Sara at the pool for tolerating us. Biggest shoutout to Tina at the front desk. She was so nice, was able to upgrade my room and even let us check in early! Thanks for a great stay"
