The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was very clean and comfortable, the air conditioning was excellent especially in the heatwave we have been experiencing. And the bed was extremely comfortable and clean, All the drinks were reasonably priced for a hotel and the food was gorgeous with excellent service, it was a very calm atmosphere which helped to unwind. I would definitely book again, and hope to stay longer next time. Really enjoyed our stay. 😊
Very happy with stay, very clean Hotel. Friendly staff and good help yourself breakfast. Pool nice but found £13.50 which was a little steep to park car in hotel.
Had to move rooms as was dirty, stains on pilllows couldn’t get a hot drink because they stopped selling them at 21:30 because of under staffed bar, tryed to get a coffee at 9 in morning and was met by a rude staff worker which made herself a coffee and laughed because we couldn’t have one, she even said how good it was being sarcastic, stayed at hotel before which was good but seems to have gone down hill since felt dirty and very understaffed so was a poor nites stay
Its a nice hotel but not worth the money we paid. Positives -nice activities for the kids in the holidays, rooms were clean and a good size. Negatives - no handwash in the bathroom, one tiny bottle of shower gel for the 4 of us, we had to ask for more at reception! We couldn't go in the pool when we arrived because you need to re-book, kids were very disappointed. The breakfast was £18 for adults each and was very basic, nothing special about it. They also took details of our credit card and reserved £50 against it 'just in case' we wanted a tab. How ridiculous, never stayed in a hotel thats done that before. Overall an ok stay but theres plenty of other hotels of similar price that offer the same facilities without these negatives. Wouldn't stay here again.

The staff on reception were amazing. Beds were very comfortable and rooms spotless.
The Bar area is a great space.
Lovely room with a gorgeous view of the pond and garden. Massive room with everything I needed and a nice sauna/steam room/pool. Sadly there are only 2 vegan options at the restaurant but they are both great, would love to see more. Suitable vegan options at breakfast also. The staff are lovely and helpful, asking me if I wanted any help with luggage upon check in and happy to hold my luggage after check out too whilst I visited the pool. This was my second stay and I really do like it here. Convenient location just off the M4. Look forward to next time.
Hotel was nice and staff were friendly. The spa was closed (main reason for booking) and only found out during check in, however we able to use the spa facilities at their neighbor hotel at The Celtic Manor Resort, which is a gorgeous resort and we got to use the facilities on check in day and after check out too! Was a nice weekend overall.

The room was well kept. The staff were all lovely and polite creating a great atmosphere this was our second stay in two months and we look forward to returning again.
Overall, this was a nice hotel with friendly staff. The room was a decent size, the bed was comfortable, and the grounds were pleasant. The other facilities, although I didn’t use them, also appeared to be of a good standard. I was surprised that the bathroom did not contain a bath, and although the shower was pleasant enough there was plenty of space for a bath to have been available.
The biggest disappointment however was being charged an additional £13.50 per night for parking - I don’t recall seeing this anywhere in the listing information or pre-arrival information (although acknowledge I may have overlooked this) but for the price of the room (which is already high) I would expect parking for guests to be included.
The room was clean but a few issues I found brown marks on the door frame of the bathroom maybe make up ? Also on the table there was stain drink cup marking and the shower glass has all marks on it there was cobwebs around lamps and bedside lampshades was dusty dirty and marked and one lamp didn’t work.
The staff was lovely very helpful and friendly.
Breakfast was lovely shame there was no tomato’s and only fault was the orange juice was warm. And staff was a bit slow at putting new fruit and bread out.
Parking was fine but said the car park was full when there was many spaces.
My only issue was as check out time and check in time because if your staying for one night your not getting a full 24 hours at the hotel to enjoy it. And due to the England game being on it was a late night. Check out should be change or at least check in so your able to enjoy the hotel

All staff I encountered were pleasant, helpful, and approachable throughout my stay.
A dip in the hotel pool was extremely welcome during the current heatwave. I found it very relaxing, with plenty of room for swimming.
The room itself was pleasant and spacious; however, I was disappointed that there was no air conditioning, although a fan was provided in the wardrobe. There were also no plug sockets near the bed and no USB or USB-C charging outlets in the room, which is something most hotels now tend to offer.
Unfortunately, I found the bed extremely uncomfortable, which resulted in a couple of disturbed nights’ sleep.
