"Very friendly staff and food, good location, slight problem with heating in room reported to owner who said it would be checked. Would return."

"Good location with ample parking. Good variety of food and drink. Unfortunately the bar closes too early at night, maybe that's the law in Wales! Could do with extra help at breakfast as the service was a bit slow when there are many people waiting to be served."

"I had a very enjoyable stay at the NewCourt Inn. The owners are very welcoming and kind. Breakfast was excellent as was my evening meal. Free parking outside the hotel. I would happily stay here again."

"Room was clean.. Staff were nice & helpful.. breakfast eas nice... it is looking a very tired looking hotel... probably in need of a refresh All in all... a good stay"

"Lovely stay. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Not mentioning names for privacy, a young man on duty on morning service on 12/13 Sep 2026 needs a special mention. So helpful and took personal interest everything during the stay was ok. Property is well furnished and feels homely. Our room was spacious and well appointed. Food is of a very good quality and reasonably priced, especially the breakfast. The area is well served for restaurants and walking tours by the coast. We really enjoyed...

"We had a fantastic over night stay here. The room was large, modern and had everything we needed for a 1 night stay before an early flight from Bristol. We stayed in room 14, from the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome from the staff on site. Check in was quick and helped to sort the free parking via their tablet on the bar. We dined here and the food was lovely with very generous portion sizes! The drinks were lovely, the staff were ALL excellent and the pub its self is a...

"We stayed in the Woolley and loved the room, it was comfortable and characterful. Both the full english and vegan breakfasts were excellent! We really enjoyed the scrambled eggs too! We look forward to staying there again, the next time we are in Bath!"

"Super pub and hotel. Lovely clean and spacious room. Staff could not be more friendly or helpful. Wonderful breakfast. Would definitely stay again"

"A very comfortable one night stay, lovely helpful staff, great good value food. The bed was comfortable and facilities were good. We were at the front so had a lot of road noise which we are not used too. I would recommend the hotel and pub"

"Food excellent and good value, room nice, clean, they left fresh milk in the room. All staff really friendly and helpful. would go again."

"It’s nice to stay somewhere that is comfortable, clean, but also has some really thoughtful touches - from the welcome letter and ideas for things to do in the local area, to the freshly ground coffee and cookies in the room. Plus it truly is pet friendly rather than pet tolerant which is so nice when you bring your dog with you. The staff were so friendly and the breakfast was superb - we will definitely stay here again!"
