"The staff are very helpful and friendly. They make you feel like you’re family. They were quick to respond when there was an issue with the heat in my room. The hotel is beautiful. The main floor is antique like the old city there is a lot of room to enjoy company or reading. The rooms on the upper floors are modern and very comfortable. My room had a great view of walls at the Jaffa Gate and the Tower of David. I highly recommend the Gloria Hotel "

Food was so nice. Breakfast had a good selection of freshly cooked options. Dinner was so tasty with a good variety of choice. They had a really good chef. "The Arthur is in the center of the Ben Yehuda area allowing walkable access to great shopping and restaurants. The rooms are small but extremely comfortable and the hotel offers a fabulous breakfast. This hotel has an absolutely outstanding staff who go above and beyond to help with everything"

One thing we had a lot of ants in our room, which ciuld be mitigated by covering gaps in doors and windows. Also I understand its an old property but there are things that can be done about the general cleaniless and mould in bathrooms. "

"I stayed at the Hotel Kaplan for a three week study program which was a 15 minute walk away. The rooms are clean, comfortable and provide you with the essentials, nothing more. While not an upscale hotel, the owners Eli and Nathan are very welcoming and are definitely part of the experience of staying there. A kitchen is available if you want to do light cooking.
