Maverick, the hotel front desk concierge, was very friendly and patient with us. He welcomed us on our first day and answered all of our questions. Maverick arranged all our tours with Andy for the night tour and Abel for the morning boat tour. Both did a fantastic job, but especially Abel, who went above and beyond on the wildlife tour. "This place is absolutely amazing! I made friends super easily the staff is really friendly! Nora was one of the staff members while I was there and she made my stay amazing! They have daily activities that they run there it makes it super easy to get to know people It has a lot of volunteers but you can tell they love what they are doing 10/10 would stay here again!!! "

And is impeccable at all times ;) What made the difference was Alonso and Alejandra at the front desk. They are exceptionally helpful, friendly and welcoming. They go above and beyond to help you.
