Wir hatten an unserem Checkouttag mit Überschwemmungen im Hotel zu kämpfen wodurch wir vor dem Zimmer einen kleinen Fluss hatten. Wir baten die Mitarbeiter zumindest beim Transport der Koffer um Hilfe damit diese nicht komplett durchnässt in die letzte Urlaubswoche gehen. "The property is in good condition. The room was good, big enough. The location is excellent. They helped set up our tours and we had an excellent time. Everything is super close. Their dock is nice and relaxing. We were able to get some beautiful sunset pictures. The breakfast was very good! We would definitely recommend it!"

"The staff at this hotel are nothing short of incredible. They go out of their way to make sure their guests are comfortable and taken care of. We did all the tours with their partner Tuanis Tours and found the guides knowledgeable and fun. All the tours went on a little longer because the guides were determined to make sure we saw all animals possible. They even made the tours enjoyable the few times we got caught in the rain.
