"The manager was very friendly and helpful but the other front desk staff treated us like criminals for having dogs even though it was booked as a pet friendly room. Hotel is under renovation. It was dirty, no elevator. The room was tiny and had plumbing issues. TV barely worked. Shampoo holder popped off the wall while showering, just missed my foot. The attached restaurant gave us a meal which was so greasy we couldn’t finish it."

"It was a great hotel central to all we needed. The light in the bathroom kept flickering all the time and the light in our entrance way was burnt out, we mentioned it to staff and nothing was ever done about them. It was a hassle to a couple days to find our keys didn't work nor the wifi and we were told it was because we had to check in with the desk each day to renew our keys. It just seemed to us that there were a lot of different staff almost everyday and so maybe that's why things were missed. I had also called a few days ahead to add a night to my existing room and she assured me that was all done but when I arrived that was not the case"
