"Lack of communication between employees had us waiting for the free airport shuttle for over 45 minutes. Called the number provided 3 times to see where the shuttle was and why it wasn’t showing up and the desk clerk said “make sure to go to the share ride side.” Later found out the bus was going to the opposite side where the cell phone lot was. Mentioned this when checking into the hotel and were told we would be reimbursed for having to pay for uber after waiting for so long for the shuttle...

"Hotel staff was awesome and the room was clean, but the area isn’t great. Lots of homeless people around the hotel, we were approached by a vagrant in the parking lot. Saw two people getting arrested nearby. A little sketchy. "

"This was one of the worst stays we have had. It was expensive. The room was dated, the black out blinds did not cover all the way. The shower head was broke and we called the front desk 3x and where told maintenance would be up. After 2 hours of waiting we went to bed. The next morning we went to the front desk and where told maintenance wouldn't be in until 8a. He came to out room and fix it at least enough to use it. The hot tub was not hot, jets didnt work and the pool was very cold. "

"This was my second time staying here and my room upstairs was much better than the first floor. The shower worked well and the tv as well. The hottub was hot and it was clean in the pool area.
