"The carpet was a little dirty with stains but all of the linens, towels, bathroom etc were very clean. The staff were friendly. The AC worked well. I’d stay here again as it was one of the most affordable actual hotel rooms in Manhattan."

"Had a good time overall, it was clean, I didn’t get to use the amenities, the staff was helpful, AC was good, the only thing I think was not accurate compared to the description was the noice cancellation cuz you can hear the ambulance in your room, the not so mindful guest slamming the door at anytime late in the night or early morning, I thought about carrying some earplugs and I should, I think that will do it."

"We had a great room on the 38th floor with fantastic views of Manhattan and across the water. Check in could have been more friendly and there was some curoousy extra charge which i didnt really understand but i think it was taken off the bill on departure. Breakfast was nice but ridiculously expensive for a pretty standard buffet. Overall a very pleasant stay."
