"La habitación estaba en buenas condiciones y limpio, aunque no recibimos servicio de limpieza a la habitación. El desayuno no superó las expectativas, considero que el sándwich no valía el monto extra para este servicio, pero no puedo negar que el café está muy rico. "It was a city express by Marriott, so I expected something nice. When I got there, the check in went smooth, Alexandre was very nice and helpful. I went to the room, and was surprised how small it was, and there was no microwave or refrigerator, but never the less it was very clean and nice. The shower was great, super hot shower. In the evening, we went to the pool at 8:30, the staff told us that they closed the pool at 8, for a Saturday that hour is ridiculous. But they let us stay a little...

"We came to town for a Marineros game and were looking for a reasonably priced hotel that was close to the stadium. This place meet all of our needs. It was clean and quiet, it felt safe and secure, and everything worked fine. The staff was friendly and helpful (FYI, make sure you speak Spanish or can use Google Translate). We had plans, so we didn't try the breakfast there. Would stay again!"

"Where do I start with this place .
I’ve stayed in many places in valle and by far this was the worst experience.
They don’t really have room service. There’s no phone or fridge in the room. We had to call for help and the guy didn’t know how to get the tv to work or the A/C and it was very hot . We called and messaged with questions but the reception isn’t available until 8am which was annoying. The restaurant offers breakfast until 9am but it’s a walk from the rooms . The floors were dirty ....

"The property was beautiful, the staff was friendly, but the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in, point blank. I have never slept on a firmer mattress. Even my camping air mattress is more comfortable than this "glamping" bed!! If I wanted to sleep on the hard ground I would have just gone camping!
That said, the property and cabins are beautiful; it's very Instagram-worthy. The jacuzzi is nice and not too chlorinated. There are several horses at the property and also ATV's...

"Had the best time here. Wish I could have stayed longer. The scenery was so green and beautiful with the best views of the valleys. The room was so spacious and the restroom was very clean and huge. Had the best time in the jacuzzi watching the sunset and the pool was great too. Had dinner at the restaurant and the food was delicious. All the staff were so helpful. Will definitely go back!!"
