"Nice staff good breakfast"

"We had such a nice stay here. Our room was spacious and clean, plenty of space for our family of five, even with the pullout couch extended. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was fresh with good variety including an all day station for coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. There were cookies and milk at the front desk every afternoon, popcorn machine with fresh popcorn in the lobby, and the staff was incredibly friendly. "I absolutely loved the location and amenities, but the breakfast was definitely over advertised. The property had many comments on an “incredible” breakfast. But for two people, we were only given an 18$ voucher which was only enough to get two full entrees at the neighboring cafe, no drinks, coffee, no baked good. To be fair the cafe was lovely, delicious, and very fairly priced. But a little crazy we couldn’t even afford a drink with breakfast with the voucher. Then the Sunday breakfast that...

"The room was clean and the hot tub was hot and the pool was not too cold! We had a fun trip! The free breadfast was not bad~ the little omelets with bell peppers and cheese are good if you get lucky! Convenient also! Thanks for a great stay!"

"The front desk lady gave me room 330 I got there at 1:15 am and went to my room after a long 5hr drive there was a naked person with a dirty room! I was so traumatized! I tried to reach out to the general manager and got no response!! I was moved down stairs and other guests were so loud it was horrible I will never rent a hotel ever again I’ll stick to air bb!!! This was terrible "
