"Excellent! The staff in this hotel are really amazing. Super friendly. I got there early and the room wasn’t ready so I left my bag and went for a wonder. When I went back, they welcomed me by name as soon as I walked in and said here is your key, I’ve checked and your room is ready. We have already taken your bag up, it is in your room waiting for you. Everyone was always really friendly. The room was really nice, spot on for 4 star. You had Sky sports, Sky UNO and Sky Movies Comedy on the TV. Really nice shower, comfy bed and quiet room. Excellent location and great breakfast. One thing about breakfast I liked is it’s included for everyone. Nice way to do that. If you are in Turin, stay here!"

Turin Palace Hotel True Stay

"This hotel is situated in Central Turin adjacent to the Porto Nuovo station, although you do not hear any noise from there. It is ideally suited for transport links with trains, the metro, trams, buses and taxi rank all within a minute or so walk. The main shopping areas and piazzas are also within easy walking distance, as are many museums and important buildings. The hotel itself is beautifully presented and the staff are very friendly and speak English really well. The rooms are spacious and clean with excellent ensuites. There is also a spa (extra cost) area and small gym, although even with a wall mounted aircon unit it was rather warm. Whilst the breakfasts are plentiful the hot selection is rather limited and there needs to be a little more urgency at replenishing items when they are running out. The only other downside is that the lifts are relatively modest and are used by guests and staff alike. Whilst the staff, who are usually moving items around the hotel to service guest rooms, are always willing to let guests use the lifts first it does mean that sometimes there is a longer wait for the lift to arrive."

"A very convenient hotel right next to the main station. The breakfast was wonderful. I was in one of the older rooms so did not have air conditioning or a fridge. And sleeping with the windows open was fine but noise from traffic outside did wake me up. I would stay here again but I'd ask for a refurbished room. The staff were great"

"Clean room and helpful staff. Toilet seat not attached correctly or broken. Toilet leaked and hot water barely had water pressure to bathe. Morning breakfast same each day with no varied hot variety. Eggs, beans and sausages"

"Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel et nous avons été très satisfaits. L’hôtel est très bien, propre et agréable, et nous avons passé un bon séjour. Petit bémol : nous sommes venus fin septembre et la piscine n’était pas disponible. La salle de fitness était également fermée car elle était en réparation. Nous aurions aimé être informés de ces fermetures au moment de la réservation. Dans l’ensemble, c’est toutefois un très bon hôtel et nous avons apprécié notre séjour."
