"Overall, there are criticisms I could make, but my impression was that the owners are really trying. There were boxes of new furnishings upstairs that show plans to upgrade all the rooms. Perhaps they are new owners in the process of improving the property. The bathroom was clean, and the lighting excellent, but though the bedroom floor appeared clean, my damp paper towel came up blackened. I'm sure staff doesn't realize. The bed was clean and comfortable. We skipped the free breakfast and went next door to Bob Evans. I don't want to be unduly harsh here, because as I said, I know they are really trying to be good hosts. You may find things much improved by the time I am writing this, so don't be afraid to give them a try."
