"Once inside my room the condition was good. This is a budget hotel that I reserved at the last minute so I did not expect a 5 star resort experience. The most important parts for me in any stay whether budget or luxury are:
1) if the room is clean - It was and it felt clean. the vinyl strip flooring is kind of austere but it's way more relaxing to see that than it is to see carpeting that you have no idea what it hiding in it.
2) Does the HVAC work - Yes, it worked perfectly. It was a package wall unit and sometimes those can be noisy but in this case it was barely noticeable and it held temp perfectly
3) What's the shower like? - In this case there was plenty of pressure and plenty of hot water. It was good
4) Breakfast was pretty good. I don't eat carbs when I can avoid it and I was pleased to see that the sausage and scrambled eggs appeared to be real cooked food and not just something that was microwaved. The coffee wasn't great but it was better than some and there was plenty when I wanted it.
5) The bed - the bed was very comfortable and the pillows were good and there were plenty of them. I slept great
WHAT I DIDN"T LIKE - the location is not in a great area of Seaford, DE. Both nights I was there, other guests were noisy in the hallways, and the walls seemed thin. The parking lot and landscaping were kind of trashy because there were cigarette butts all over. "
