"Only two minor complaints. Towels are not available for pick up or drop off at the beach access point. After returning from the beach and rinsing off the sand, there’s nowhere to leave you towels. Not enough trash bins to toss used cups."

"Location is great - next to Santa Plaza - next to Walmart - next to Star bucks. Excellent breakfast - so many items in the breakfast - fresh fruits, continental and traditional breakfast items. They have Peacocks in the facilities. The Peacocks are very friendly and will roam around the tourists. Swimming pool, tennis court, volleyball court, nice hut style sitting tables. Just great."

"I tried contacting the property for a pickup but Liberia was in the midst of a rain storm and all their power was out. So taxied out and found my room was ready & waiting. Everything was clean and comfortable, the power was back on in about an hour and the restaurant opened. The food was great, quite tasty. This hotel is convenient to Liberia airport and a great inexpensive option when flying out the next day."

"My wife and I booked this trip for our son and his new bride for their honeymoon. They had a great trip and loved the resort. The said the staff treated them exceptionally well. Loved the food and accommodations. They went on three excursions; sunset cruise, volcano hike and jungle adventure. Loved all three. The resort quiet, peaceful and relaxing."

"Not worth the money. The pool and gardens are beautiful, and the breakfast was decent, but unfortunately the positives ended there. Our room was dated and had a persistent odor that felt like a mix of humidity and mold. The ice machine in our building was out of service for the entire week of our stay, leaving only one working machine in another building. Basic amenities were also lacking: the shampoo felt like dish soap, and neither conditioner nor body lotion was provided, forcing us to...

"We stayed at the family tree top tent for 5 nights and it was an amazing experience. Nekajui's location is absolutely prime, and the wildlife outside our tent and around the property was unreal! They assign a Mantu to help you schedule reservations and ours was very helpful. The service for a Ritz Carlton Reserve however, could be a bit better at times. Sometimes service can be a bit slow, especially by the main pool. We also had a pretty good sized plunge pool but it was only cleaned when...
