"The kind owners of the Carriacou Grand View Hotel helped us immensely in organizing easy transportation and wonderful excursions on the island. Our comfort and satisfaction was a priority for them throughout our one-week stay. we could. "Wir waren begeistert und werden wiederkommen! Die Chatham Bay ist eine ca. 2km lange Bucht auf der windgeschützten Seite von Union Island. Die Anreise ist nur per Fähre und dann per Wassertaxi (ca. 20 min) möglich. Oder als Segler. Es gibt keine regelmäßigen Flüge nach Union Island. Die Bucht hat durchgehenden Sandstrand, der nach ca. 10m über eine kleinere Felskante in tieferes Wasser übergeht. Durch diese Felskante ist die gesamte Bucht ein Schnorchelparadies. Am nördlichen Ende der Bucht...

"Nice cottage just a short walk from a small beach with occasional local visitors. The walk into Hillsborough is easy and a colorful immersion into the local scene. The breakfasts and dinners at the roundhouse are exceptional! Great place if you’re looking for a slower paced vacation!"

"Hillsborough is a bit of a shanty town..all the action seems to be in Tyrell Bay now,but Jonas and his people do a great job in my view anyway. Light breakfast and good local menu at night including fresh seafood with a little Japanese local interpretation was very nice...no beach out the front...but I enjoyed my stay here..Thanks Jonas.. "
