"Very warm and welcoming staff-allowed us to stow our bags prior to check in. Room was clean and bright-lovely view of the street through huge windows. Hotel is undergoing renovations but it did not interrupt services. Thoughtful room amenities-coffee machine is perfect. Location is great-walkable to all parts of Old San Juan and located amongst shops and restaurants. Will stay again!"

"Such a colorful, lovely and authentic place. Its in Old San Juan and a fun, safe location. Lots of restaurants and little stores nearby. Our room was spacious. We had a large suite, clean, super cute, and everything was working (hot water, air conditioning, etc.) Staff was friendly and helpful. Stayed for one night before a cruise and one night after. No elevator for those with walking issues, but was fine for us. Close to cruise port..a short taxi drive away. Will return!"

"The cleaning lady was very helpful in storing our belongings and assisting us with check-out. I didn’t see the check-in email, so I couldn’t access the property when I arrived earlier than 4 PM. I tried calling, but the voicemail didn’t provide any useful instructions."

"This hotel deserves more stars! As soon as you walk in you can just feel the calmness the hotel has. It so beautiful inside. It’s super clean and the workers are all very friendly especially the lady that was in the storage room, she was the cutest! I solo traveled for the first time and I felt so comfortable staying here. I’d definitely book again!"

"Tha room has no windows. Very small. Bad odor. No hot water. El cuarto sin ventanas super pequeño y no agua caliente. Es un protocolo extenso para hospedarse.La comunicación es por celular si te contestan."
