You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes:

• Cash deposit: COP 150000 per accommodation, per night
• Cash Breakage deposit: COP 150000 per night
• Cleaning fee: COP 50000 per accommodation, per week (varies based on unit and length of stay)
• You may be required to pay the following charge at the property: Colombia value-added tax (VAT) at 19%. A VAT exemption is available to travellers who present a valid passport and tourist visa showing that they are not a resident of Colombia and who pay using a foreign card or via a bank transfer from outside Colombia. This exemption only applies to tourist package bookings (accommodation plus other travel services).
• A damage deposit of COP 150000 will be collected before check-in.

We have included all charges provided to us by the property.

• Airport shuttle fee: COP 95000 per vehicle (return, maximum occupancy 4)
• Airport shuttle fee per child: COP 40000 (return), (up to 4 years old)
• Early check-in is available for a fee (subject to availability)
• Late check-out is available for a fee (subject to availability)
• Rollaway bed fee: COP 60000 per night
• Bed sheets fee: COP 100000 per bed, per week (or guests may bring their own)
