Amazing boutique hotel! Loved everything about it. Staff is very cordial and attentive. They helped us booked several tours and trips to the islands. Sancocho de pescado was exquisite at the hotel restaurant. Everything was delicious and fresh. My kids loved our two story room, the hotel swing and the cookies/drinks available all day. We will definitely be back. Also, centrally located in a safe and quit area. We walked everywhere even the port.

The hotel is overall very nice. Our stay was pleasant however we had to switch rooms on our second night due to some issues (noise, TV not working, shower drain blocked). Something to note is that only the rooms on the newer, left wing of the building have openable windows and therefore natural light and ventilation.

Beautiful property with absolutely amazing and welcoming staff. The breakfast here was phenomenal, and the pool was a great escape from the heat. The hotel is located on a quieter street nearby everything that you would need - convenience stores, highly recommended dinner spots, and lots of rooftop bars. We would definitely stay here again!

The start of the stay was unfortunately not good. The water heater was not working; and we all took cold showers. And I had booked 2 Queen Size beds for my room; instead I got 2 Full Size beds in a super small room! I complained; but didn't hear back. To my pleasant surprise, the next day the hotel fixed both the issues! I was provided a big room with 2 king sized beds. The heater didnt work well immediately; but did start working from Day 3. Now for the good part... the location couldn't have been better! Everything is walking distance... literally 50+ restaurants within 5-10 min walk. The hotel is an old heritage mansion, with 3 beautiful courtyards, 2 swimming pools, and a jacuzzi. The staff is simply fantastic! Special callout to Hermom at breakfast service and Giovanni at frontdesk. My daughters wanted to go salsa dancing one night; and when requested, Giovanni personally went with them and dropped them off! Stay here... even if it's a little on the pricier side.

Home from home.

An extremely comfortable stay in a lovely colonial property which has very interesting features. It is well located in a beautiful street but also very quiet and relaxing. Some of the staff speak English and all of them are welcoming, helpful and friendly.
