Staff are very friendly! Service is great! Breakfast is exceptional. It is a short walk to the walled in part of the city and it was nice to be slightly away from the business of the walled city. Loved the rooftop pool and bar.

Very nice location; you can walk almost everywhere from here. Plus you have a transportation service at no cost. Front desk people are super nice, friendly and they willing to help you at any time. Definitely I will recommend it.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. Although our Spanish is very limited they were able to assist whenever we had questions. The inluded breakfast had a variety of free options, and additional specialties at a cost. The rooftop pool was small, but not overcrowded. The hotel is located across the street from a beach that is good for sunbathing, but not for swimming, as the waves are rough. It is a ten minute walk from the walled city, where there are many restaurants and stores.

Property was well staffed; employees were friendly and helpful. The only two negative comments are that when we arrived, our room wasn’t ready at check in time, we had to wait a few hours. Also, the first night, one of the rooms had a party at 2am that woke up us and when we called reception, no one answered.

Location is close to airport 6 km and old city walls which is walking distance. However, you cannot walk to the old city due to safety and heavy vehicular traffic. The access is only via taxi which is inexpensive 15 - 30 K pesos about $4.00 -$7.50 due to traffic comditions. Roof terrace / pool is very nice especially at sunset The roof has fixed glass window and no fresh air. The Air Conditioning is blows 15 degree air directly to your bed. As a result, we got sick. Althought we complained to the reception and left a sketch that describes alternate improvements such as adjustable diffuser or reflector to be installed to redirect cold air away from.the beds. It did nor happen. The restuarant and food / drink services were good. The rnglish language barrier with staff has limitations and at times we had errors in the food order. The reception staff is good. The busmen David is excellent by showing the room and explaining functions and facilities. He has good command of english. The consiege person has limited english. The Rosio islannd tour was not that great at all
