"The hotel lobby and the desk clerk were nice. Then, it got bad. Really bad. Room phone did not work. Bathroom was dirty. The shower and bath had dark stains. The adjoining room door was unsecured. There was no hot water in the shower. Bathroom door was splintered and chipped. It looked like a third grader caulked the tub. Stains on the carpet. The refrigerator was hot and smelly. (I had to crawl under the counter to plug it in.) Warm eggs (two types) and bread for breakfast. Lukewarm coffee. This was once of the worst hotels I've stained at in the past decade. Shame on you, Wyndham."
