Just stayed one night. Hotel was a nice surprise. Location was great. Lots of restaurants, and a shopping mall within walking distance. Hotel parking was adequate. There breakfast was very good, lots of options to choose from. Size of room was good, beds were comfortable. Staff were very polite, pleasant and helpful. I will stay here again.

Poderia ser muito melhor.

O hotel está em obras, mas é bem localizado e possui garagen. O café da manhã é muito bom e os funcionários são muito atenciosos. Já no o Apr°, você se sente numa cômodo com banheiro, mas ao abrir a janela dá de cara com uma parede, ou seja, o hóspede não tem visto de nada.

O atendimento é excepcional. Colaboradores educados, atenciosos e sempre prontos a ajudar. O hotel muito bem localizado próximo a farmácias, lanchonetes e restaurantes. Há um shopping bem perto. Hotel bom. Peguei uma suite com hidromassagem. Ao ligar a primeira vez a agua saiu com muito ferrugem deixei um tempo pra limpar e usar. A tampa do ralo da hidromassagem muito suja tem como tirar e limpar. Ao deitar na hidro olhando a bacia sanitaria manchas encardidas. Falta de limpeza. A ducha do chuveiro cheia de ferrugem. No quarto tudo normal. Cafe da manha maravilhoso. Funcionarios educados. A limpeza deixou a desejar pra suite cara. O estacionamento tinha um evento no hotel a garagem priorizada pra o evento e nao os hospedes muito chato isso.

Ótima estadia

Ótima estadia. No momento do check-in tinha apenas uma pessoa e estávamos com um pouquinho de pressa pois íamos ao médico ainda. Mas fora esse fato tudo foi excelente, da limpeza ao atendimento. Pretendo voltar com calma. O hotel é muito bem centralizado.
