"Like quite a few of the other reviews, not a 5star hotel. Maybe 4 at best. Service inconsistent throughout. And more importantly, entire property is under construction both inside and out, and not minor renovations, we're talking the complete removal of steps and access down to the beach. Arguably one of the largest selling and marketing features of this hotel was non accessible without any disclosure. Instead you'd have to walk into town to get to any beach which is public vs the one you paid...

"Wij hadden geluk met een upgrade dus prachtige kamer met prima badkamer helaas werden de gebruikte spullen ( douchegel e.d) niet aangevuld. Ontbijt goed maar zeer rumoerig in de eetzaal. Ligbedden vreselijk! Geen parasols te bekennen alleen een klepje boven je hoofd. Geen schaduw plaatsen bij de bar en eten bij de bar ronduit vies. Personeel aardig. Voor ons geen 2e keer"

Gang of boys creating noise at 4am every morning. On a positive note the apartment was lovely and suitable for me as a wheelchair user. "The room and bathroom were excellent and the brkfst was perfect. The air/heat was working well. Everyone was very helpful and ready to offer more. The last morning we were there they laid out an early breakfast even though I think we were the only ones there and were leaving before breakfast would normally have begun.
