"There were warm chocolate chip cookies when we arrived. The facility was clean but we smelled it when people indulged in smoking pot which we didn’t like. Smelled it in hall and elevator. Smoke free should include pot I would think. We were disappointed that the menu for the restaurant online was nothing like the menu in real life, which had a pub like faire and not the variety seen online. The chef was accommodating and made me some risotto which was good. If you’re looking forward to enjoying a cocktail in front of the beautiful fireplace shown in the image on line, put that thought out of your mind. The fireplace did not work (we were told it needed to be cleaned) and the restaurant does not have a liquor license (it’s a work in progress we were told). (Then again if you’re a guest who enjoys pot, you can enjoy the cookies and may not even notice if the fireplace is not on lol) The outlets were located in odd spots (under end tables). Water pressure was not great. The location was good if you want to go to Sesame Place with the kids. The fitness center was the best one I have seen at a hotel. Quality machines (several for a full body work out and weights) and treadmills. There was a heated pool too. Overall it was an ok place to stay, just make dinner plans elsewhere and bring your own wine. Bed was comfortable and the pillows were mushy like I like them. "

"This was such a beautiful hotel.. the lobby alone with the beautiful decor and sitting areas were so cozy and pretty. The hotel was very clean, the hallway to my room smelled so fresh. My room was also very clean. Smelled nice and the bed was super comfortable. The walk in shower was a nice touch. Didn’t get to use the pool. I did order from The small restaurant near the lobby.. it was convenient so I didn’t have to leave to get food "

"Roach in room, bedding had cigarette burn hole and bleached stains. Shower had previous guests hair on walls and in the corner of the shower entrance, not one or two strands but many. Coffee area had dirty trays, seems like they need to hire a better cleaning staff. "
