"Reception and restaurant staff were very nice and friendly. Breakfast was great. Room was clean and quiet. Pity though that the pool opened late as we had to catch our flight and be out of there by 830."

"We stayed in Madrid for a couple of nights, and this hotel was a great choice. It’s centrally located and within walking distance of many of the city’s top attractions. Our flight from the U.S. arrived early, and we were fortunate that a room was available. We were even upgraded to a balcony room overlooking Gran Vía. Despite the busy location, the room was surprisingly quiet, with only the occasional siren. The staff was courteous and professional, and the room was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again."

"Mold in the shower room. The bathroom flooring is very old with mold, it should be removed. Plus not enough toilet paper. Room without air conditioners and fan no working."

"This hotel was only ok but likely because it was beside the train station. I feel like train station or airport hotels are always only ok. I don’t know why. I will say the music was great in the bar! Haha small detail but I enjoyed it. It’s a very handy hotel when you have an early train"
