"Lovely staff, but experience spoiled by the fact it feels like you have to pay extra for everything e.g. entrance to spa, water in the room, breakfast. We never managed to get the WiFi in the room sorted - I wonder if it’s linked to the push to sign up for Hilton Honors?"

"Really well located hotel and not charging stupid prices. Staff were great, room was comfortable and quiet, especially for such a central location. Breakfast was of a decent standard too. This isn’t the smartest hotel in Turin and nor is it the cheapest, but it must be amongst the best value for money."

"Room was clean and bed comfortable but pillows a bit stiff. The rooms AC wasn’t cooling the room and may have been heating it. We had a power outage overnight and lost electricity and with that hot water and WiFi. Thankfully we didn’t pay for breakfast. Our room was over the front floor on first floor and it was a bit noisy with people below hanging out. "

"My room was charming, with flowered wallpaper, a four-poster bed, and a chaise longue. I appreciated not having to insert a card to control the lights. The lobby, bar, garden, and breakfast room were all beautiful. The breakfast buffet was well stocked, and the croissants were excellent. The location was very convenient, just a couple of blocks from the nearest Metro station and a couple of blocks farther to the Duomo. The hotel is on a small, quiet side street. The staff was welcoming and helpful. I did not use the spa facilities. I recommend this hotel with enthusiasm!"

"Very convenient location a couple of hundred metres from Torino Porta Susa. This is not a standard hotel, the reception is not continuously staffed although I did arrive within the time window and only had a small wait before someone appeared. The apartment was spacious and fine although a bit noisy (I believe my room was located over the gate entry to the car park). The TV in the lounge did not work. I did not use the kitchen facilities during the overnight stay. Coffee available in the morning, but no breakfast service."
