"We had such an amazing time as Casa Izeba! We stayed for about 5 nights to celebrate my 40th birthday- and everything exceeded our expectations. The property was so beautiful and well maintained. "I was a bit apprehensive, as on previous visits to Cdmx, we’d stayed at the FS & St. Regis. We found Casa Tenue had the feel of a boutique property. We very much enjoyed our stay & were well taken care by Jorge. He is personable & professional. Our room was lovely & felt unique. The amenities were more than fine for us - Rosetta baked goods in the AM & pre-dinner Mescal. The location is fabulous! Absolutely would come back in the future. "

"This was my first time visiting Mexico City and I was beyond pleased. This hotel is great with security (I traveled solo and am a female) the reception helps SO much with providing info regarding places to eat, visit, and explore. They really care and take the time to do so, shout out to Diego. There was also a woman who worked for the luggage and door—she was simply amazing. My room was SO comfortable. I went to the ritz for the last 3 nights in CDMX and guess what? THE RITZ DIDNT EVEN COMPARE...

"Great location. Very hard to find something quiet in Mexico City. If you book a room without a balcony, they face the back and are very quiet. Good AC and nice comfortable bed with good quality linens. Staff was very friendly and arranged massages for us in the room. I would definitely recommend this hotel."

The neighborhood (Roma Norte) surrounding the hotel is so lush and green and full of beautiful art and colored buildings! "The location is truly incredible and offers great value for the price. The beds were comfortable, and overall the stay was pleasant. Room service and towel changes were available, but you had to request them, and service could be a bit slow. For example, the AC in my room didn’t work and was never repaired (fortunately, the weather was mild so it wasn’t a major issue). Overall, the location is a major highlight, but the service was adequate rather than outstanding."

"Perfectly located at the end of Calle Colima, walkable distance to dozens of bars and restaurants! It was incredibly easy to communicate with Kukun, as they assigned a personal staff member who communicated in English via WhatsApp. Not to mention the property is extremely secure with a doorman and discreet, locked entrance. Can't recommend Casa Colima enough!"
