"The rooms were not that amazing. It does not feel like a 5 star room at all. I feel like everything in that room is basic. Everything is white and ikea quality. The place is ok. Not much entertainment except the casino and sometimes Jazz night which is once in a blue moon. Some restaurants were closed because of hours so for example the Regatta, only breakfast and the rest of the week it was closed except for fridays to sunday after 6pm. "The lobby was the first glance and impression of the resort. Other ones we drove past when driving others to their hotels weren’t intriguing at all. But soon as we got to ocean coral you can see the luxury in the lobby immediately. We were greeted rum punch which was great. Check in was immediate and also had our room ready before 3PM which was good. From the pool, the restaurants, the beach, the staff. Literally everything was amazing. The staff were great. Some people have their own behaviours...

"Buffet was great & all on site restaurants! Staff were super friendly and helpful. Generous wet bar in room fully stocked. Room decor was a bit dated & music by pool was too loud, but otherwise we were incredibly pleased. Would def return!"
