"The toilet seat was peeling, the light in the bathroom flickered, the plate of the iron had melted debris on it, the refrigerator did not work even after the staff came to look at it, the carpeting was stained. The table at breakfast was dirty, and the floor was sticky in the dining room."

"Through no fault of the hotel there was no hot water for the two days we were there. The boiler for the hot water broke. The hotel is filthy and needs to be detailed and cleaned by professionals. The rooms needs to be remodeled, it is old and worn. The staff were polite and friendly and did their best to be accommodating. Our stay was fully refunded."

"I had stayed here a few times before and was always pleased with my experience. Unfortunately, my last stay was very disappointing. My son and I woke up covered in what appeared to be bed bug bites. I immediately reached out to management to report the issue, but I never received a response. I understand that problems can happen at any property, but the lack of communication and follow-up was frustrating. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend staying here until the issue is addressed and...
