The room is okay but not great. The pictures look far nicer than it is in person.
Sadly the linens are quite worn and questionably clean, found a black hair in the made up bed. The king sized premium room mattress is broken down and in need of replacement. Disappointed but you get what you pay for as is evident in this Cashmere Inn.
The area rug was downright dirty.
The bathroom needed a deeper clean than the wipe down it appears to have gotten, shower curtain was quite dirty. Hand towels were missing and only one washcloth. No trash in the bathroom areas.
The staff was never worked with face to face but phone manner was pleasant and courteous.
The grounds and neighborhood was not scary.
Our Premium king room was right next to a main road so the traffic noise was disturbing until late into the night and began again about 4:00 am. The trains make their presence known quite distinctly, but that is no fault of the inn however.
The walls and ceiling are thin so expect to hear everything from above you or your neighbors.😬
Overall not pleasant. Disappointed and wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it.
