"The only issue I experienced was with the television. The remote control did not work. The staff tried to replace it, but that replacement did not work. The third remote worked intermittently, the television only responded after pressing the buttons multiple times. It was almost impossible to navigate the channel guide. I gave up and by that time the reception was unstaffed."

"We had a large room that included a washing machine and a kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator, small freezer and a microwave. These were unplanned benefits. The room was very clean but had an unusual odor. The breakfast buffet was very good with a wide variety of options. The Ferrari theme of the entire complex was fun and appreciated. A must-stay for Ferrari fans."

"Definitely recommend staying at the Hotel Touring in Carpi!!! Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially since I do not speak Italian. "Das Hotel ist in einem gutem Zustand, die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet und es gibt eine Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher. Kaffee und Tee stand zur Verfügung. Einen Flaschenöffner gab es nicht auf dem Zimmer und auf Nachfrage sowohl an der Rezeption als auch in der Bar, war es nicht möglich einen Flaschenöffner zu bekommen (was ich als sehr enttäuschend empfand). Der Spa Bereich ist Aufpreispflichtig, was nirgends in der Beschreibung stand. Was ich ebenfalls als enttäuschend empfand....

"Excellent address in Modena. The hotel is very well located, many parking possibilities in front of it. Delphine, the manager, is extremely friendly and dedicated to making the stay of her guests as good as possible. We had a room on the ground floor which was next to the reception and the hotel entrance door... so not too quiet. But there rooms on the first and second floor that are very quiet. Overall excellent accomodation!"
