"Very clean room. Breakfast was hot and a variety of items. I felt safe in the,area. Several food choices close by. The hotel is a little odd to get to, but no issues once you got there."

"I attempted to let the front desk know that our room door would not latch. I requested to be changed to a room that had a front door I could close. Nobody would be comfortable with the door being open all night, anybody could have walked into my room and we have children with us. The manager kept repeating that there hadn’t been any issue, and I simply asked if she was implying that we did something to it. This question seemingly outraged her to the point she called me “insane” in front of my daughter and my wife physically had to stand between her and I because she was trying to come towards me in an aggressive manner. The single most unacceptable experience I’ve had in my life."
