"Lovely restful property in pretty countryside surrounded by a vineyard. Great food in the on-site restaurant. Excellent breakfasts too. Freindly and helpful staff. Only downside was the lack of drawers in the room. Most people seem to stay a few nights (we say the same faces repeatedly), so it was odd that our room had nowhere to properly unpack as I would expect for a three night stay."

"Beautiful location with stunning views from the sea view room and a private beach area. The room was quite dated and the bed was not very comfortable. There are a lot of activities that you can do on site but you have to pay for them. Far away from Cefalu so you need to drive or taxi, there’s no hotel shuttle. Also, no porter service and parking is self serve in a dirt lot. Overall good experience though with a sea view room and we’d come back for that private beach!"

"Everything was great: the hotel has its own bay, beach chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, all included, excellent breakfast and lunch restaurant (reasonable prices and good food). The amount of space you have in your room and terrace is incredible (for me, luxury=space). Only drawbacks: 1. a rocky beach. Bring water shoes. You get used to it. "We stayed here for 14 nights and can't imagine having stayed anywhere else. The rooms were exquisite, the staff was always so helpful (and were English speaking) and the food was amazing in the mornings. The location of this hotel on the main road to the beach made for a convenient starting place everyday in old town, and at the end of our stay we started to feel like close friends. Would recommend this hotel and this group to anyone considering Cefalù."

"Dario was very responsive all along. We only stayed one night due to timing of our rental car pickup. But the setting for Villa Rosa is captivating- on a hill in Cefalu overlooking the sea. Parking was available and free. Dario gave us directions to the rental car agency. Breakfast was served on a lovely porch buffet style. There was a variety of options- and it was good. Croissant, hard boiled egg, yogurts, fruit and of course, coffee. If travelers wanted, town and the beach were walkable."

"Very centrally located on the Main Street close to the Duomo Square and multiple small coffee shops to dine at. 10 minutes from the beach where you should stay right to rent a chaise for €12.5 / Day. Owners readily available to help with meet at train station, luggage walk up the stairs. Extra towels available upon request. Great shower. Very comfortable bed. No parking at all no in ZTL Zone. Two choices of breakfast offered at a close coffee shop."
