Clean room, lovely staff.

Nice room in the main house this year. Only small gripe about room was absence of coat hangers on backs of door etc which means damp clothes need to be strewn around furniture. Staff remembered us from 2013 and were as efficient/charming as before. Infinity pool which was new in summer 2013 now rightly award-winning. Food at the restaurant remains fair value at lunch but expensive in the evening. That said, their chateaubriand for two would have fed 4 people! We shall definitely be back again in...

Worth staying here in Ravenna as a central place from which to explore. Stayed a couple of nights and, despite my allergic rhinitis, I slept well without any severe symptom flare up. The “giant Hercules” statue in the courtyard is in itself worth the stay. I happened to see it in the courtyard with the sun during the day and moon and stars at night. A quiet hotel, outside the man town, but easily accessible by walking, bus or taxi. Family run hotel, nothing was too much trouble. Very friendly staff, made sure everything was good, even over the Hogmanay/New Year period. Kept us informed of staff availability. Great spread at breakfast. Room very clean with great bathroom. Lots to see in Treviso town itself. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel!

Located on the mainland and not the islands, but ideal if you need parking and prefer day trips in. €20 for a day pass which includes bus & tram to the islands (30 minutes and very easy) and also includes water taxis all day. The local area is also loaded with amazing restaurants which are much, much cheaper than the islands and possibly some of the best food I have ever had! The hotel itself is amazing. Pool and gardens are amazing and the room was spacious, clean and very comfortable....

We stayed here first week in June 2014 for our Silver Wedding Anniversary. Hotel was fantastic. A beautiful setting away from busy Venice. Train station only about a 20 minute walk from hotel and journey takes about 25mins to get to Venice. Hotel offers a taxi service to and from train station and also airport. Staff were extremely helpful. You also have a use of free bikes to cycle around the town. I can highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Angela was an exemplary host: really went above and beyond. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the B&B is brilliantly located for exploring Padua.

staying at Ai Pini for our Venice visit was the best choice we made. It is very close to airport Marco Polo as well as very easy to get in to the Venice. Staff was excellent from the moment of arrival to the leaving. They would help you with any of your needs with very high care. The first day we were late and the the Hotel Restaurant was closed. Villa Franceschi is absolutely beautiful. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great food and cocktails. Very friendly to dogs. The rooms have been recently renovated and are absolutely stunning. Park around the property is wonderful. This property stole our hearts.
