"The property is huge and communal areas are nice and clean. Rooms are worn out, multiple things not working in the bedrooms, when asked to help out- there was this one gentleman who was kind and probably the only handyman for the hotel , who unfortunately couldn’t do a lot to get the Jacuzzi working or even the broken safe. "We had a great stay at the hotel. The staffs were really good and helpful too. Location is near to the airport and so if you are planning to visit centraal or cathedral it’s a bit tricky as you would have to catch 2-3 trains to reach there. But travel to Malpensa airport is really convenient. But I totally loved the hotel and service and would rate 8/10."
