"We stayed for our honeymoon and loved the view. But unfortunately the first room we were placed in had a funky smell and after a few days of it not going away my wife was getting a headache and we also noticed there was mold on the walls of the bathroom and peeling wall paper with some water damage. We asked to move rooms and were placed in a new room and that shower also had a leak that left the floor towel soaked after each shower. We did have attentive staff when we asked for help. "Junior suite that wecwere in had a stupid shower unit placed in the middle, spilling water everywhere. Breakfast was fresh but outdoor service pitifully slow. Had to make a take-away arrangement with the helpful concierge to tie in with a taxi pick-up."

"Lovely large rooms right in the middle of Taormina, but nice and peaceful once in the garden. Friendly welcome from Rohin and all the team are friendly and helpful. Yes you will hear noise from the street early in the morning, but for a couple of days, that's fine. You're in one of the busiest tourist spots you'll ever visit. We would stay again. "Lovely quiet hotel in the beautiful location of Castelmola, just a couple of winding road miles from Taormina. Rooms are nice although bathrooms are lacking a decent shower. Reception staff, Luigi and David were a pleasure and extremely helpful on a daily basis, from arranging taxis to offering local restaurant suggestions. "By far, this was the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at. From the moment we got there we realized we do not need to stay any other place in Italy. The staff was amazing.
