"OMG what a beautiful place to stay. The hotel character is unique and the hosts are so welcoming. We only stayed one night but wished it was longer. The dinner was amazing with fresh caught langoustines. The idyllic setting makes this hotel a place to simply relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Portugal."

"Beautiful cottage, very clean, big enough for 2 people, c/w pull-out sofabed if required. Walking distance to local town ~15mins, all uphill. You have to drive to Monsanto though, another 10 mins away. The driveway to this cottage is very, very narrow - you can only drive 1 vehicle at a time, not for the inexperienced nor faint of heart. It is NOT a one-way system either, beware."
