"I was having a hard time trying to find out where to stay for this trip. The options were endless. My cousin said we HAD to choose this place so we booked it and relied on her and the reviews. Everyone is right. This place is fantastic. The villa itself is a beautiful as the pictures. Our room was massive. My husband drove here from Rome which was far and his back was hurting. When we asked for a recommendation for a massage, they did one better and had two massage therapists come to our room...

The place was fair away about 20 minutes from Florence but there are plenty taxis available, if you drive a car there is also a lot spots available for parking. The property is great just needs a little be of TLC on the gardens, nice swimming pool, Claudia the property manager was fantastic, she did her best to accommodate us on every details. "This location is perfect if you want to be "just" out of the way of the Florence crowd, but close enough to join in whenever you want. The walk to the bridge to get into the central area is like 7min. You're also within walking distance to the Offizi Gallery. There are good restaurants on the street directly behind this hotel, too, and the Piazzale Michelangelo is very close. My stay was exceptional."
