Excellent hotel in the heart of TdlR. The staff were all really lovely and welcoming and the apartment was gorgeous. Can't fault it. Absolutely get a room with a balcony!

A very comfortable and beautiful place to say in an excellent location. Unfortunately noise from the nightclub, “Rameses”, woke us up on 2 of the three nights we stayed, at between 3 and 4 am.

Liked the location close to metro.. room was comfortable if small. Didn't like the lack of reception staff on site and found the lockers for storing luggage frustrating.

The location was perfect for our trip check happened really well and the accommodation although compact did everything we wanted for an overnight stay in Madrid. One of the really good things was that they had lockers in the Hall way entrance lobby that we were able to use to store our luggage during the day. Although when I asked about the door entry code working later in the evening it didn’t actually work but fortunately there was other guests that let us into the property. This is worth...

Only surprise was nothing outside to identify these apartments. Inside very well appointed, clean and comfortable with spacious living area as well as comfortable bed and great shower f@cility.

A well located hotel opposite the Royal Palace and within walking distance of the main sites in Madrid. The room we had was spacious and clean and well equipped. The only thing missing for us as Brits was milk to put in the cup of tea we were able to make in the room but this was not a problem for us personally as there was a small shop close by. Excellent location to access all the main streets and squares. The property manager Christian was so helpful throughout (including recommendations) from check-in to checkout - and always contactable if needed. Would happily recommend.

Excellent location, within walking distance to most of Madrid and just two minutes from the metro If you need to go further afield. Lovely staff, very informative.

Excellent reception staff- very friendly and helpful. Good sized room with kitchenette- under counter fridge. Pleased with free wine and water. In a very good location next to Tribunal metro station.

Our room was in great condition after a recent refurb: the bathroom and large shower were a hit with my teenage son! Perfect location for metro access and exploring the city. Staff were kind and helpful. Would use again and highly recommend.
