"Everything about Neptune was great, good sized suite for us and the kids, the staff were very friendly and the kids loved the pools and kids areas. We wish we’d booked for longer to make use of the other services, as we only stayed for 2 nights at end of our holiday as a treat, and would have been great to stay longer to enjoy the other activities and shows. Food could not be faulted, breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing with so much choice, and really enjoyed the Umami asian restaurant too. All in all a great end to our holiday to Kos!"

"After a nightmare start with a previous hotel provided which was totally unacceptable and filthy. We had to move ourselves sourcing the Aegean Pearl in Tigaki and we found a hidden gem. There is a new section at the rear which is paradise. I will definitely be back here again next year."

"We loved the self service stations for food whenever, and the number of bars was also great. Loved the number of pools and our private one with access to bigger pool was perfect. Only bad thing was We did the Candle Light dinner, which they forgot to setup when we arrived, so had to come set it up whilst we waited watching, forgot the candles, fairy lights didn’t work etc. Food was good at least. They kindly refunded half the amount due to this which made it worth the money in the end."

Villa Rosa - Luxury Villas with Panoramic Views

"We had a fantastic stay in the superior villa which was the middle villa of the three available. Everything was spotlessly clean and matched the listing photos and details. Very well equipped and comfy. The pool was great for a cool down and was clean and there was a net so you could keep it clean of any insects. It's an outdoor pool in nature so is to be expected! There was options for sun and shade all day. The sunsets from the upstairs terrace were stunning. The best sunset we have ever seen and we got to enjoy 6 of them. We went into Zia town a few times but it was just as good from the villa terrace and much more peaceful. The location was great for travelling around with rental car, parking was easy and it's about a 10 minutes walk up into Zia. Fairly steep but short and manageable. Other reviews we saw mentioned the noise from local roosters, this didn't bother us at all and with windows and doors shut at night we weren't disturbed. We wished we could stay longer. Good communication with Kallia before and during stay."
