"Checking into this hotel, I had to walk my children through a bar of people drinking and staff using inappropriate language communicating with what seemed to be locals that drink there everyday. Checking into our rooms the floor was dirty and the smell in both rooms was off putting. The blankets were not covered and when removing the sheets on top of the blankets there was urine stains all over the blankets and mattresses. My son and daughter both had hair on their sheets and pillows. There was rubbish and used water bottles in the hotel cupboards and floor behind the bed. The shared bathrooms on the floor were dirty and old, privacy was absolute zero. Car park was closed from 3am-10am so getting our vehicle out of the car park meant we had to drag a heavy fence (not meant to be manually opened) so we could drive out in the morning to get to where we needed to be. Staff advised us around opening the fence. It felt very unsafe for my kids and family but the manager did refund us a room and was professional when speaking with him around my concerns."

"It could be an excellent hotel (dining room, cosy corner, parking) but it desperately needs some upkeep! The carpet is worn. The walls needs painting, The skirting boards are made of carpet glued to the wall and these strips have fallen over. It’s an accident waiting to happen. Bathroom had lots of hairs (?) around the shower and on the wall. Very ikky. The cupboard is the weirdest of contraptions. Staff apologetic but ‘out of their hands’. Customers should boycott until repairs are carried out!"

"We found the area fantastic as close to train and nice places to eat. Bathroom needs a better clean and a few thins broken but staff are amazingly friendly and overall I would stay again. "

"Room was nice and clean. Could use a garbage in the kitchen not just the hall closet and bathroom. Also a towel or some other type of hand drying wipes would be good in the kitchen rather than going to bathroom to dry hands. Otherwise the facilities were top notch."

"Steam room was closed even though it's advertised on the website Bathroom was tiny and the roof was low and sloped, no good if you're over 5ft Couldn't really stand in the shower for the same reason. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Good location. Great room service food."
