"Easy check in with large spacious car park at rear. Very comfy bed and good quality linen. Only 1 chair in room when there was room for a 2nd - I hate having to sit on a bed in a hotel room. Nice clean bathroom, with big fluffy towels. Luggage rack and large wardrobe space. Iron and ironing board, plus hairdryer. No usb sockets, but plenty of 3-pin sockets. "The staff was very helpful. However, in the 10 minutes that I was parked on the street while the staff person was trying to sign me up for a nearby parking garage, I received a parking ticket for 100 pounds Stirling. My only recourse was to pay a 50 pound reduced fine if I paid it right away without contesting it. A very inhospitable end to a fine trip. That's no reflection upon the hotel. A very bad reflection upon the City of Glasgow. The parking attendant must have been watching for us...

"Where do we begin? We arrived at the hotel, and the staff was courteous and very accommodating. Lunch and dinner at the hotel was exquisite, the room was clean and immaculately appointed, and our night’s sleep was peaceful. The Sherbrooke is a hidden gem, and we will tell anyone who visits Glasgow to stay there! Thank you all for such a marvelous stay. "

"Really helpful staff and wonderful to have breakfast included as standard. Air con was faulty for the 2 nights of our stay with no windows that opened in the room which is why have rated down on this occasion."

"Clean and modern hotel. Very stylish in it's look. Ideal parking. Check in to check out was great, room excellent and a ideal stay less one thing. Ordered room service rather than eat in the Grill, felt the food wasn't up to the quality expected. £35 for a ribeye that was undercooked and £19 for a burger that had been cremated. That said, breakfast was excellent so perhaps just an off night. Would stay again as apart from a let down for dinner it was overall very good."
